InPhase
Data Deletion Instructions
Updated November 6, 2026
Disconnect a social account
Open InPhase → Connections, find the connected service, and choose Disconnect. InPhase removes the protected provider credential and saved verification state for that brand workspace. You may also revoke InPhase from the connected platform’s account settings.
Remove local InPhase work
Delete the relevant project or workspace in the desktop app. Local projects remain on your computer. Cloud workspace records, uploaded assets and server-side delivery history are handled separately.
Remove provider content
Delete a published post or unfinished inbox draft in Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, or TikTok. Disconnecting InPhase does not delete content already accepted by a provider.
Request help
For help locating or deleting InPhase-controlled account information, email hello@inphase.agency from the address associated with the request. Include the connected platform and brand name, but never include a password or access token.
Cloud workspaces and scheduled delivery
Local deletion and provider disconnection are separate from removing cloud workspace records or content already delivered to a platform. Review and cancel pending deliveries in your Content Calendar before removing their connection. For removal of cloud connection data, uploaded media, workspace information or YouTube API data held by InPhase, email support@inphase.agency from the address associated with the account. Identify the workspace and platform; include no passwords or authorization tokens. We verify access before processing a request. Records needed for accounting, security, legal obligations or completed-delivery history may have separate retention requirements.
Revoke platform authorization
You can also remove InPhase from the connected platform's account settings. For Google and YouTube, use Google Account permissions. A post or video already accepted by a platform is managed or deleted through that platform.
